BOOK 5637, PAGE(S) 1644-1655, INCLUSIVE, AND FURTHER AMENDED BY AMENDMENT NO. 2 RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5646, PAGE(S) 35-66, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE(S) 61-81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
