Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 09-000623-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-R1 is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD ROBERTS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 13063 AT PAGE 887 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE SOUTH 140 FEET OF THE NORTH 145 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK 5, DISSTON AND KEENEY`S SUBDIVISION, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
