Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 12-007131-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-16 is the Plaintiff, and ROMONA C. HARRIS AKA ROMONA HARRIS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, ORANGEWOOD HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12 PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
