NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-008868-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wachovia Mortgage, FSB, successor by merger to World Savings Bank, FSB, successor by merger to World Savings and Loan Association, is the Plaintiff and Bank of America, N.A., Francis J. Laurence, Parc Vendome Apartments Association, No. 1, Unincorporated a/k/a Parc Vendome Unit No. 1 Condominium Association a/k/a Parc Vendome Apartments No. 1, Parc Vendome Unit No. 2 A Condominium Association, Inc., William G. Laurence, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 305, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PARC VENDOME UNIT NO. 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2 PAGES 10 THROUGH 12 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MAY 16, 1967 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2603 PAGES 18 THROUGH 68 TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
