NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-006256, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR2 is the Plaintiff and TOMAS DAUGELA; MORNINGSIDE EAST, INC.; VILMA DAUGELIENE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3 IN BUILDING G; OF MORNINGSIDE EAST III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4919, PAGES 1671 THROUGH 1724, AS AMENDED, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 16 THROUGH 20, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
