NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 522012CA001628XXICICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-NC2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2 is the Plaintiff and KELLY ANN EICHHORN A/K/A KELLY GAUNT; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, HARBOR VIEW VILLAS FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 34 AND 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
