TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION GIVEN IN THE DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14509, PAGE 1583, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 392 WOOD CHUCK AVENUE, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
