NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014 the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas County, Florida, on June 17, 2014, at 10:00a.m, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOTS 5 AND 6, REVISED PLAT OF HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 19; SAID LANDS SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
