'‹NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-014067 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and OTIS CAMERON, JR., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE , PERRY CAMERON, SR., WAYNE CAMERON, UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF OTIS CAMERON, BARBARA WHITEHEAD A/K/A BARBARA JEAN WHITEHEAD, DONNA CAMERON, CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, SHAKURAN N. WHITEHEAD, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A GAYLE CAMERON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA CAMERON,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against The Estate of Otis Cameron, deceased, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 25th day of June, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 1, REPLAT OF PALLANZA PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1 - 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
