NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-003091-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2005-2, Plaintiff and ELLIS NIXON; SHERRI NIXON A/K/A SHERRI M NIXON; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this June 17th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS,STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:THE NORTH 23 FEET OF LOT 6 AND THE SOUTH 26 FEET OF LOT 7, R.H. SUMNERS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 6,OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
