CITY OF OLDSMAR, FLORIDA Request for Qualifications RFQ 2014-02: Public/Private Partnership for the Development of the City of Oldsmar, Florida Market Square Project
The City of Oldsmar, Florida, a political sub-division of the State of Florida, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in entering into an agreement with the City of Oldsmar for the Public/Private Partnership for the Development of the City of Oldsmar, Florida, Market Square property.

A “Request for Qualifications” package can be obtained from: Oldsmar Administrative Services Department, City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655; telephone (813) 749-1106. The entire “Request for Qualifications” will be published on the City of Oldsmar website (www.myoldsmar.com) on Monday, June 2, 2014. The Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) shall be submitted to City of Oldsmar, to the attention of the Administrative Services Department, at City Hall, 100 State Street West, Oldsmar, Florida 34677-3655 no later than 11:00 AM, local time, Thursday, July 31, 2014. The City of Oldsmar reserves the right to waive informalities in any proposal and to accept or reject any and all SOQs in whole or in part without cause and to accept the SOQ that in the judgment of the City Council will be in the best interest of the City of Oldsmar.
