Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 14-1634-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 9671, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TIMBERWOODS CONDOMINIUM, PARCEL C, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4569, PAGES 1622 THROUGH 1653, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5164, PAGE 1521, ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on June 27, 2014. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
