NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 25, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-010359-CI, DIVISION: 7, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and COLIN RICHARDSON; DEBORAH SPINOSA-RICHARDSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; RBC CENTURA BANK; HUNTINGTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; AND TENANT #4, THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of June, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, LESS THE NORTHERLY 21.50 FEET THEREOF, HUNTINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 63 AND 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF AFORESAID LOT 48, AND RUN NORTH 16 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 58 SECONDS WEST, 98.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 73 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST, 261,29 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 23 SECONDS EAST, 102.89 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 73 DEGREES 09 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST, 231.57 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
