NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION PARCEL 205
Being a portion of Lot 14 in SUNKETCH TOWNHOMES AT CYPRESS LAKES, as recorded in Platt Book 116, Pages20 through 22 in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows.
Commence at the southerly corner of said Lot 14, also being a point on the northwesterly right-of-way line of Pine Avenue North (a 140 foot wide right-of-way); thence along the rear lines of lot 14 the following two (2) courses; (1) thence N68029'05”W (being the basis of bearings of this description) for 42.16 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said rear line, N48029'05”W, for 31.50 feet; thence N38015'57”E, for 139.62 feet to a point on the southwesterly right-of-way line of Hemingway Drive (having a right-of-way width that varies); thence S48026'50”E, along said right-of-way line, for 32.20 feet; thence S38032'58”W, along a line of which a portion is along the centerline of a concrete block wall separating two townhomes, for 139.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing 4,440 square feet, more or less.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 27th, 2014.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.
