Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014 entered in Civil Case Number 2009 CA 006526, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT5 is the Plaintiff, and NANCY A. FAHLMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 90, LANDMARK WOODS- 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77 PAGES 29 THROUGH 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TAX MAP OR PARCEL
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of June, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
