Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 02/19/2014 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 104, BUILDING “D”, PHASE III, OF IMPERIAL, PINES CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH, AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5491, PAGES 857 THROUGH 944, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5717, PAGES 1672 THROUGH 1684 AND O.R. BOOK 6958, PAGES 1988 THROUGH 2014 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 64, ET AL, TOGETHER WITH ANY ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
