NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09009275CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and NORRIS STEVEN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NORRIS STEVEN JOHNSON; MICHELLE JOHNSON; EMANUEL ALBRITTON; NICHOLAS LIGORI; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 6, OF PAT LANE'S RE-SUB OF LOTS 6 AND 7 BLOCK F OF FULLER'S GARDEN HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
