NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-009158-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-CB6, is Plaintiff and Dianna M. Warnock, Unknown Spouse of Dianna M. Warnock, and Dallas Reed, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, Block 15, Washington Terrace, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 98, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 6342 30th North Way, Saint Petersburg, FL 33702
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
