NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 006034 CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/K/A NORWEST BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR DELTA FUNDING HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 1999-1, is Plaintiff and Henry J. Robinson; Lena M. Robinson; Cach, LLC; Asset Acceptance, LLC; Arold Bethune, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, HYLANDS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3820 8th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33711
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
