NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-002809-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and DELORES ANN OSBORNE INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE DELORES ANN OSBORNE LIVING TRUST DATED JULY 15, 2003, et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SOMERSET LAKES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 29 AND 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 12330 North 83rd Way, Largo, FL 33773
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
