NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2014, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, docketed March 7, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52 2012 CA 008810 XX CICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein National Community Capital Fund Tampa #1, LLC, is Plaintiff and Eugene W Moore, III, Christine A Hansen, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida and Jackie L Fisher, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15 BLOCK 4 JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB FOURTH ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38 PAGES 17 AND 18 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
