Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 17, “F”, Northwest Wing Building No.B-54, of On Top of the World, Unit Fifty Two, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, page(s) 100, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 4938, page 1523 et. seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and, and more commonly described as 2441 Persian Drive, #17, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 17th day of June, 2014 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
