NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 24th day of June, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pinellas County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 406, BUILDING NO. C, CURACAO AT DOLPHIN CAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8533, PAGE 515, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
