Interested person are hereby notified that Johnson Towers Corp. proposes to add a required aviation warning light to its existing tower at 9661 82nd Ave. No. Seminole, Fla. 27 - 50 - 51 N, 82 - 46 21 W The subject tower is 344 feet in height and was constructed in 1965. Red warning lights were installed until the FAA eliminated that requirement for this tower. Lights again being required will be medium intensity strobe, reduced light at night. The application may be reviewed at www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number: A0904743
Interested persons may raise environmental concerns about the proposal by filing a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission.
