NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2014. in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County. Florida, wherein TALMER BANK AND TRUST, is Plaintiff and DRAPER PROPERTIES. L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, STEPHEN R. DRAPER and PAULA M. DRAPER, husband and wife, and GRASSY POINT YACHT CLUB, INC., are Defendants, in Civil Action Cause No. 14-001876-CA, the Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on Jan 8, 2015 offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via electronic sale at Charlotte County's Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described real property, situate and being in Charlotte County. Florida, respectively, to-wit:
LOT 80, GRASSY POINT ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 76A-76D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND APPURTENANCES THERETO. INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO USE DOCK SPACE #A-3, OR ANY OTHER DOCK SPACE ASSIGNED TO SAID LOT 80 PURSUANT TO THE DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR GRASSY POINT ESTATES RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1135, PAGE 1239, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
