You are hereby notified than an Order of Ancillary Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of Keith W. Fox, deceased, File Number 2014-CP-001737; by the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E. Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950; that the decedent's date of death was October 26, 2013; that the total value of the estate is $4,542.00 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
