NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13002741CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Adelson Tavares, Dreyfus Acquisition Group, Llc, As Trustee Under That Certain Trust, Keisha Little, Rotonda Heights Conservation Association, Inc., The Condominiums At Waterside Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse Of Adelson Tavares, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 1106, BUILDING 1, PHASE 1 OF THE CONDOMINIUMS AT WATERSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3143, AT PAGE 222, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
