NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17 2014, entered in Case No. 12000954CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Jerry Michael Taylor; Unknown Spouse of Jerry Michael Taylor; if Living, Including any Unknown Spouse of said Defendant(s), if Remarried, and if Deceased, the Respective Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the November 20, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 495, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 19A THROUGH 19D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
