NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 8, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-003164 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. BRUST, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 401, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 18, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 4A THROUGH 4Q, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Street Address: 417 Vitex, Punta Gorda, Florida 33955
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
