CONDOMINIUM UNIT 204, BUILDING 23, FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1046, PAGE 187 THROUGH 282, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH SAID CONDOMINIUM SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
