NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 29, 2014, and entered in 11-2014-CA-001614-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and SARAH A. CREEL A/K/A SARAH CREEL; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF CLEVELAND, MHC are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on November 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, NAPLES TERRACE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
