NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-000405 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC f/k/a WM Specialty Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Edwin R. Stillman a/k/a Edwin Stillman, Peggy A. Stillman a/k/a Peggy Stillman, Tenant #1 n/k/a Daniel Stillman, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 2nd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 4, BLOCK J, KIRKHAVEN, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
