NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 2nd day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013CA001939AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and ROSA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSA RODRIGUEZ; MIGUEL ANGEL PALACIOS A/K/A MIGUEL A. PALACIOS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIGUEL ANGEL PALACIOS A/K/A MIGUEL A. PALACIOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY 5817 4TH STREET E., AS TO UNIT #1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY 5817 4TH STREET E., AS TO UNIT #2; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, MANATEE COUNTY; are defendants. COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF 5TH STREET EAST, A DISTANCE OF 645.10 FEET; THENCE WEST 33 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID 5TH STREET EAST; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 125 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 125 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 120 FEET; THENCE EAST 125 FEET; THENCE NORTH 120 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF 5TH STREET EAST, A DISTANCE OF 645.10 FEET; THENCE WEST 33 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID 5TH STREET EAST FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 125 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 20 FEET; THENCE EAST 125 FEET; THENCE NORTH 20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
