NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2013CA001059AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AFC TRUST SERIES 1999-1, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER GENOLA A/K/A CHRISTOPHER B. GENOLA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36 ONECO TERRACE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
