NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004935 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, fka The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-26 is the Plaintiff and Mauro Zapata-Mayorga; Gilberto Zapata; Unknown Spouse of Mauro Zapata-Mayorga; Unknown Spouse of Gilberto Zapata; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., as nominee for Investaid Corporation; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 92 FEET WEST OF THE NE CORNER OF LOT 2 OF W.O. WILSON'S SUBDIVISION OF THE E1/2 OF THE SW1/4 OF THE NW1/4 OF THE NE1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST; THEN RUNNING SOUTH 99 FEET, THEN WEST 48 FEET, THEN NORTH 99 FEET, THEN EAST 48 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
