YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, to enforce a lien regarding the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. 5934 of Pebble Springs Condominium, Cluster V, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 972, Page 883, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 10, Page 45, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 5934 7th Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34209.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Geoffrey K. Nichols, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is NAJMY THOMPSON, P.L., 1401 8th Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34209, [email protected], within thirty (30) days from the first day of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, at the Manatee County Courthouse, Bradenton, Florida, either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
