NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012CA006469 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Brian Adelman a/k/a Brian Lewis Adelman a/k/a Brian L. Adelman; Unknown Spouse of Brian Adelman a/k/a Brian Lewis Adelman a/k/a Brian L. Adelman; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants who are not known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties may claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees or other Claimants; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 38, ALL OF LOT 40, AND THE WEST 20 FEET OF LOT 42, SUNSHINE RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
