NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004282 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lisa B. Burns; David R. Burns II; PNC Bank, National Association successor by merger to National City Bank; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, WINDSOR PARK, THIRD UNIT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 50, 51 AND 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
