NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 41 2013CA004194AX of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE TRIOLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE TRIOLO; WILLOWBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on December 3, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 2187, PAGES 2990, ET. SEQ., AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
