YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Unit 37-D-7, RAMBLEWOOD ACRES, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominum thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1044, Page 1842, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominum Book 8, Page 4, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
