UNIT 1201 OF EMBASSY HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1140, PAGE(S) 1847 THROUGH 1894, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 27 AND 27A THROUGH 27F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
