NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 004133 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DEAN C. COURTER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1st day of December, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH R/W LINE OF PALMETTO ROAD AND THE WEST R/W LINE OF TAMIAMI TRAIL AS SHOWN ON THE CORRECTED PLAT OF BAY POINT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE TAMIAMI TRAIL 275 FEET; THENCE WEST 269.3 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 65 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 125 FEET; THENCE EAST 65 FEET; THENCE NORTH 125 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
