NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 006567 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Tevin Marvin Cheam a/k/a Tevin M. Cheam; Unknown Spouse of Tevin Marvin Cheam a/k/a Tevin M. Cheam; Oasis on Osprey Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 20th day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 205B OF BERMUDA ON OSPREY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006075194, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 19, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
