NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2013-CA-003937-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 25th day of November, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1222, OF 27TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGES 11, 11A THROUGH 11M, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
