RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 005157 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER DOUGLAS CUSHMAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 166, BENT TREE VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 12, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Subject to current taxes, easements and restrictions of record.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
