NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 13, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 2013 CA 004174 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES is Plaintiff, and FRANK MIKUSH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK MIKUSH; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).

THE WEST 80.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE WEST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT NUMBER 6, BLOCK G, LORRAINE PARK SUBDIVISION AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 26, SARASOTA COUNTY RECORDS; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A STREET DEDICATED FOR EUCLID AVENUE, 76 FEET; THENCE WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 6, 250.3 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL WITH THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EUCLID AVENUE 100.4 FEET TO THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 13, BLOCK G; THENCE WEST ALONG PORTIONS OF THE NORTH LINE OF LOTS 11, 12 AND 13, BLOCK G, 150.0 FEET; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF LOT 5, BLOCK G, 176.4 FEET TO THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 21ST STREET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 21ST STREET, 150 FEET; THENCE SOUTH IN A LINE RUNNING PARALLEL TO THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF EUCLID AVENUE 76 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PREMISES BEING THE WESTERLY 150 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK G ON SAID PLAT AND AN UNPLATTED PARCEL TO THE SOUTH THEREOF.
