NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 14, 2014, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004389 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS10 is the Plaintiff and Kevin P. Emery Sr.; Joanne Rafferty a/k/a Joanne Refferty; William Rafferty; South Venice Civic Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; The Unknown Spouse of Joanne Rafferty a/k/a Joanne Refferty; The Unknown Spouse of William Rafferty are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7631 AND 7632, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
