NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 2nd day of December, 2014, at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
UNIT 59, FOXWOOD CONDOMINIUM, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1665, PAGE 467, ET. SEQ., AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOK 1771, PAGE 0678, ET. SEQ., O.R. BOOK 1860, PAGE 1157, AND O.R. BOOK 1887, PAGE 921, ET. SEQ., AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 22, PAGES 7 THRU 7F, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
