NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 27, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-008655-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST ELROY D. CROSS A/K/A ELROY DAVID CROSS A/K/A DAVID E. CROSS, DECEASED; SIERRA MARIE CROSS AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELROY D. CROSS A/K/A ELROY DAVID CROSS A/K/A DAVID E. CROSS, DECEASED; VALERIE KAY ESPOSITO, MOTHER AND NATURAL GUARDIAN OF SHAWN DAVID CROSSS, A MINOR, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELROY D. CROSS A/K/A ELROY DAVID CROSS A/K/A DAVID E.
