NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 27, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2012 CA 010368 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-A6 is Plaintiff and CANDICE MITSIS & STEVE MITSIS, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sarasota County's On Line Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on December 3, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes , the following described property in SARASOTA County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 2221, BAY OAKS ESTATES UNIT 1, ACCODING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
